The chaos at the airport...
- Our flight landed at 7 pm
- After lot of negotiations and trying for connections, no onward journey was possible, we decided to accept the hotel offer
- We were promised 5-star hotel close to the airport
- We waited for 45 minutes or more in queue...
- Everyone was just crowding around the counter
- Someone said you cant just in the queue, lets go to the counter pushing...
- We were worried at some point if we can get hotel or not
- One first class passenger was mad at them for offering a 4-star hotel.
